Hello At that place,
I take the same problem. only when post-obit the to a higher place mentioned steps my new windows 10 pc is informing me thatit cant find any photos or videos on this iPhone...

Enable Photograph Stream on your phone to import photos from iPhone to laptop. Go to Settings → Photos & Camera. Toggle "My Photo Stream" on. Go to Systems Preferences and click on iCloud. Make sure Photograph Stream is checked. Get to iPhoto preferences and click Photo Stream. Make certain My Photograph Stream is checked. If y'all want to automatically transport all photos y'all take to iPhoto, brand sure Automatic Import and Automatic Upload are both checked. That way, when y'all open iPhoto, as long equally your phone is connected to wifi, your photos will automatically upload to your computer.
